Rewards Program Policy

Welcome to the Scalp Solution Rewards program! We've designed this program to thank you, our loyal customers, for being part of our community. By creating an account and making purchases on scalpsolution.com.au, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility and Enrolment

  • Enrolment: Enrolment is free. All customers with a registered account on scalpsolution.com.au are automatically enrolled in the Scalp Solution Rewards program.
  • Eligibility: The program is open to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. The program is not available for corporations, businesses, or other legal entities.

Earning Points

As a member of the Scalp Solution Rewards program, you will earn points on your purchases.

  • Standard Earning Rate: Earn 5 points for every $1 AUD spent on eligible products.
  • Calculation: Points are calculated based on the subtotal of your order after any discounts have been applied and before taxes and shipping fees are added.
  • Exclusions: Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards, shipping charges, or taxes.
  • Processing: Points will be credited to your account once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
  • Refunds: If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.

Redeeming Points

  • Your points are a form of currency you can use for discounts on future purchases.
  • Redemption Rate: Every 100 points can be redeemed for a $1 AUD discount.
  • How to Redeem: You can choose to apply your points for a discount at the checkout page. You must be logged into your account to see and use your points balance.
  • Minimum Redemption: Points must be redeemed in increments of 100 (e.g., 100 points for $1, 200 points for $2, etc.).
  • Limitations:
    • Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
    • Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or sitewide sale offers in the same transaction, unless otherwise specified.
    • If an order paid for with points is returned, the points redeemed for that order will be credited back to your account.

Refer-a-Friend Program

Share your love for Scalp Solution and get rewarded!

  • How it Works: As a member, you will have access to a unique referral link or code in your account dashboard. Share this with your friends and family.
  • For the Referred Friend (New Customer):
    • When a new customer uses your referral link or code, they will receive a $5 coupon to use on their first purchase.
    • A minimum order value may be required to use the coupon (e.g., a minimum spend of $50).
  • For the Referrer (Existing Customer):
    • Once your referred friend completes their first successful purchase, a $5 coupon will be automatically credited to your account.
    • You will be notified via email when your reward is available.
  • Conditions:
    • Self-referrals are not permitted. The Referred Friend must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from scalpsolution.com.au.
    • Scalp Solution reserves the right to cancel rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral program is being misused.

Points Expiration

  • Your points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned on a rolling basis. We will send you a reminder email before your points are set to expire.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Program Modification and Termination: Scalp Solution reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, or any part of its terms, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Fraud and Abuse: Any fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of your membership, forfeiture of all earned points and rewards, and cancellation of your account.
  • Privacy: Any personal information collected through this program will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
