Thank you for your question! Our products are not tested on animals. However, we want to be fully transparent. While our finished products are cruelty-free, the individual ingredients we use may have been tested on animals at some point to ensure their safety for human use, as is common with many widely used cosmetic ingredients.

In most cases, we cannot cancel or modify an order after it is placed. Once placed, orders are immediately sent to our logistic team for fulfillment and dispatch. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to everywhere within Australia.
- Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the parcel. Please refer to the checkout page for an accurate shipping cost for your location.
- Orders over $80 can enjoy free standard shipping.
The shipping time of orders depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from dispatch while express delivery takes 1-3 business days.
We offer express shipping for customers who need their items as soon as possible. Currently, we are not offering same-day shipping options.
You can track your order once it has been dispatched. A tracking code will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for unopened products if you have changed your mind within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at support@scalpsolution.com.au to initiate a return or exchange.

Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, we process the return or exchange promptly. For returns, the shipping takes 3-5 business days. For exchanges, the back-and-forth shipping will take 5-10 business days.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Unsubscription takes 3 business days to process. Hence, if your scheduled delivery is due within 3 business days, the unsubscription will take effect after the delivery.
